About the job Production Supervisor, Bilingual
Responsibilities :
- Establish and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives to employees.
- Manage workflows by assigning tasks and preparing schedules.
- Guide and coach employees, monitoring their productivity and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
- Oversee the safe use of equipment, schedule regular maintenance, and train new employees on machinery and procedures.
- Verify production output according to specifications, prepare performance reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements to enhance productivity.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma required.
- Technical or manufacturing training strongly recommended.
- Minimum 2-3 years of manufacturing experience, with a preference for candidates with group leader or supervisory experience.
- Experience in production planning is essential.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Advanced planning and scheduling techniques.
- Proficiency in operating machinery and tools.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and data analytics.
- Familiarity with MS Word.
- Excellent communication and team-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while following instructions and guidelines.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, demanding environment with strict deadlines.
