We are looking for a Sr. Civil Project Manager to start working with a client of ours in the Kennesaw, GA area as soon as possible.
This candidate should have land development experience.
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Required by Client
- Manage land development project preparing due diligence studies and site planning
- Experience Designing grading / drainage, water / wastewater systems, storm water detention facilities
- Proficient Autocad and Civil 3D
- Ability to manage multi projects
- Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States
Preferred by Client
- BS Civil Engineer Degree
- PE Preferred
- 7 plus years of experience in Land Development Residential
Pay Rate : $90k - $135k
Term : Direct Hire
