Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
  • Conduct inspections to verify safety and performance
  • Record maintenance work and parts usage accurately
  • Respond to work orders and emergencies promptly
  • Work collaboratively to improve uptime and reliability
  • Follow all safety standards and procedures
  • Complete other tasks as assigned
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Six (6) months minimum mechanical work experience documented in your application work history, or completion of an industrial maintenance training program (experience may be combined across employers)
  • Rehire eligibility : after 90 days away, with fewer than three prior terms of employment
  • Must be 18+ with valid identification
  • Willingness to use basic hand tools
  • Knowledge of welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing
  • Ability to read / understand assignments
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs up to 120 ft and ladders up to 60 ft, stand for long periods, and work in hot / cold or inclement environments
