Proficient in legal research and analysis. Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and client interaction skills. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans. Hybrid work environment with some in-office expectations.
A law firm seeks an experienced Of Counsel to join its Project & Energy Finance team, specializing in financing for energy transition and digital infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive project finance experience, focusing on energy and digital infrastructure.
Duties
- Work on complex financing transactions within the energy transition and digital infrastructure sectors.
- Draft and negotiate loan and security agreements, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and executed.
- Coordinate complex project closings, ensuring all aspects of the transaction are addressed.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to develop innovative financing solutions.
- Advise clients on legal issues related to project financing and energy transition strategies.
- Provide strategic guidance and legal support to clients throughout the lifecycle of their projects.
