Job Summary
Our client in the Irving area is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their accounting team!
The Staff Accountant will have experience in the following :
- Perform general ledger (GL) maintenance and assist with financial reporting
- Conduct financial reconciliations including balance sheets, AP / AR, banks, etc.
- Analyze financial records and perform M&A data consolidations
- Prepare and record GL journal entries for month-end close
- Revolve variances and ensure compliance with GAAP
Requirements :
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics product required (AX, Navision, or Great Plains)
- Advanced Excel knowledge required (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
