10624 Sr. Business Systems Analyst Purpose : The Sr. Business Systems Analyst / Project Manager position is dedicated to project management and business systems analysis for multiple projects focused on the delivery of Telematics and Connectivity Services solutions including analysis, design, project implementation, and handoff to support.

This team member’s role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including project management, business requirements analysis, governance, financial tracking and analysis, partner management, providing guidance to other team members, application of standard project management processes and artifacts, risk management, process, and methodology improvement.

This position will be part of the IT team. You will interact with all levels and teams in the organization. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst , your major responsibilities will include working with business partners in the Telematics area to document and develop or enhance technology solutions to enable efficient business processes.

In addition, you will work with support and operations vendor partners to achieve objectives to provide day to day direction and prioritization.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible to ensure the timely delivery of highly effective end-to-end system and integrated process solutions that meet the goals and objectives of our enterprise solutions.

Essential Functions : Following are the key activities required to be performed by this role : PM : Lead and drive all initiatives and projects (manage and monitor) linked to the delivery of the telematics strategy PM : Lead the Process and Project management and implementation for all business lines and distribution channels PM : Periodic review to ensure adherence to uniform Project Management principles, standards and procedures PM : Lead and partner with IT, Operation, Finance, Line of Business, other key stakeholder such as regional & external in implementing telematics projects PM : Report on telematics programs and projects status to executive management and leadership;

Drive successful completion of all telematics initiatives Planning, Budgeting, and preparation of project financials BSA : Overall accountability on Project deliverables (Business / IT Solution) and ensure delivery on time BSA : Lead business requirement discussion with business stakeholders and relevant departments to understand the business requirements, design the business solutions and map them to technical functionalities.

BSA : Responsible for gathering, analysis, translate, design & documenting business requirements into appropriate business requirement document & detailed functional specification.

BSA : Design and document processes into standard operating procedures. BSA : Conduct gap analysis on processes to identify improvement opportunities and propose and evaluate alternative solutions that will fulfil the business needs.

BSA : Manage and conduct Business User Acceptance Test includes deliver test strategy, test plan, test case and exit report.

BSA : Conduct training session for end users. BSA : Provide support during and post implementation. BSA : Lead or Participate in Operation Readiness Trial.

Basic Requirements : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum 3 to 5 years Project Management Experience in managing software development and implementation projects 5 7 years of relevant business systems analysis experience At least 3 years of experience in designing and writing specs for the business systems Demonstrated effective leadership and timely communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

The ability to work effectively under extreme time constraints and deliver against critical deadlines. Understanding of customer schedule and requirements, as well as the technology and product development necessary to carry out the program to meet customer expectations.

The ability to influence others and collaborate with various stakeholders while maintaining an executive presence. Experienced with entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for solution delivery Excellent organizational and communication skills.

The ability to receive high-level direction and proactively move a project or internal initiative from start to finish with minimal assistance.

Experience preparing and leading client technical presentations Experience with automotive industry a plus Skills / Knowledge : 5+ years of project management experience with working knowledge of project methodology Experience with AGILE or other program management methodologies Experienced in understanding and contributing to the technical architecture and design of a product / feature(s).

Strong business system analyst skills including requirements documentation, use case definition, testing methodologies, problem solving skills Able to design business system Strong involvement in Software / Development and Implementation domains Data Analysis Skills (e.

g., SQL data extraction, Exporting to MS Excel, data manipulation, Report Formatting, and analysis) STRONG MS Project skills required High degree of flexibility, logical thinking and creativity in analytical / problem solving skills.
