In this exciting and highly visible role, you will get to create and track project schedules for display components and drive communication between project teams and with external vendors.

You will get to work on cutting edge technologies for Apple devices and drive various EE aspects of display module including silicon development, architecture, design prototyping and integration, and execution.

Description

Define program schedule and lead program execution. Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies, and program issues quickly and efficiently.

Deliver executive communication / presentations. Understand and communicate complex, technical / engineering issues. Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication.

Manage development budgets and engineering builds.

  • BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering + 10 years relevant experience
  • Engineering experience either in hardware design / development, silicon design, or product engineering

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consistent track record of leading projects and delivering products on time.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, develop and implement new processes.
  • Good understanding of hardware and software integration challenges.
  • Skilled at handling accountability without control; knowing how to identify and drive priorities from among the multiple issues competing for attention.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with a product life cycle is a plus.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.

The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

You'll also receive benefits including : Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
