We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Staff Software Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions for our construction projects.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in React, Node, AWS, PostgreSQL, microservices, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, SNS, GraphQL, Lambdas, SSO, and Okta.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and implement high-quality software solutions in accordance with project requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Develop and maintain microservices architecture using technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and AWS.
• Implement secure and scalable solutions using AWS, Lambdas, and SSO.
• Manage and optimize databases using PostgreSQL and GraphQL.
• Leverage React and Node to create user-friendly interfaces and improve user experience.
• Ensure software solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues in a timely manner.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in software development, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficient in React, Node, AWS, PostgreSQL, microservices, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, SNS, GraphQL, Lambdas, SSO, and Okta.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in designing and developing scalable and secure software solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Strong commitment to quality and a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
