Shift Manager-Position Description :
What you will do :
- Serve as a critical part of the restaurant leadership training, providing direction and training to crew members
- Inspire to consistently exceed customer expectations
- Encourage crew members to achieve their highest ability and develop career aspirations
- Ensure an outstanding guest experience from food quality to customer service
- Create a welcoming, warm, and clean environment for both customers and employees
- Develop and foster a team atmosphere
- Meet and exceed goals to develop management skills
