Description

Role and responsibilities :

  • Own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services.
  • Develop, deploy and support infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery.
  • Provide EERE KMSO system service desk support, including monitoring, triage, and responding to service desk inquiries from users of multiple mission support systems.
  • Work with service desk coordinator to evaluate and resolve or escalate all service desk inquiries according to agreed-upon SLAs.
  • Draft, submit for approval, revise, and deliver system-related communications for regularly scheduled maintenance, outages, and other system notifications.
  • Perform system testing to verify bug fixes and validate performance of system changes according to test scripts.

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

  • AA Degree in related discipline and one year related experience; Or, High School and two (2) years of related experience with relevant certification.
  • Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust

Target salary range : $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.

Covid Policy : SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
