Job Title : Grill Cook
Location : Holly Springs, NC
Pay Rate : $19.00 / hour - 23.50 / hr depending on experience
Shift : 6am - 2 : 30pm
Schedule : days vary
Job Description :
We are currently seeking experienced Grill Cooks to join our team. As a Grill Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to customers.
This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced kitchen environments and have a passion for cooking.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
- Ensure food preparation meets health and safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food production.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Prep / Line Cook in a high-volume setting.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and procedures.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- ServSafe Certification preferred
