Responsibilities :

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients compassionately and professionally, using evidence-based practices to support their mental wellness
• Perform mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and goals
• Collaborate with clients to empower them in their mental health journey, providing support, guidance, and resources as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and ethical guidelines
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in the mental health field, participating in ongoing professional development opportunities

Requirements :

• Licensed mental health provider with at least two years of experience in the mental health field
• Licensed in multiple states or willing to become licensed in various states to expand your reach and impact
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to provide effective therapy and support to individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a remote team, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence in client care
