About the Role :

This job focuses on the creation and overall quality and maintenance of our coffee and tea products. This position is directly responsible for the production of our beverages by cooking and brewing the teas and coffees.

Our kitchen staff spends all their time in our kitchen area to ensure the delicious and consistent quality of our drinks.

Salary Range : $16.65 per hour (Non-Exempt)

Location : Phoenix, Arizona (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities :

• Performs routine beverage preparation according to established operational policies and procedures, such as cooking and brewing coffee and tea
• Assist in ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized restaurant
• Follow food and restaurant safety standards and guidelines
• Attention to detail in food / service quality and cleanliness
• Ensure that a constant and adequate supply of ingredients and products is prepared according to company specifications and local health regulations
• Regularly lifting at least 50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Follow our Safety policies and procedures, including security, handling equipment, etc.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace
• Report to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and to fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift or until relieved of all duties by a direct supervisor.
• Maintains a calm demeanor during high-volume or unusual events
• Communicate effectively and proactively with the Store Manager
• To perform all work-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements and Qualifications :

• Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs.
• A full availability on one weekend day (Sat or Sun) is required.
• Ability to follow directions from supervisor and management.
• Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals.
• Ability to receive and build upon constructive criticism in a professional manner.
• Ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures.
• Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed

The training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your managerial role within our organization.

The selected candidate will be required to attend an intensive training program located out of state for 8-10 weeks. The training will cover essential aspects of our industry, company culture, and managerial best practices.

All expenses related to travel, accommodation, and training will be covered by the company.
