THE INS AND OUTS OF THE POSITION

Your Role : As a Entry-Level Scheduling Coordinator, you start the day by preparing the schedule and ensuring everything is ready for a seamless flow. As patients arrive, you're the first friendly face they see, greeting them warmly and managing their check-in. Throughout the day, you're answering phones, routing calls, and scheduling appointments. Before patients leave, you dismiss them with care, discuss treatment plans, and ensure they leave smiling.
