Compensation :

$84,000 - $115,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Research and provide financial advice and strategies through educational meetings or seminars that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives.
  • Use a CRM to organize each client’s financial status, goals, cash flow, and monetary expectations for use in their individual financial plan.
  • Create customized financial plans using the products and services we offer based on clients' potential life and financial needs.
  • Identify, seek out, and generate prospects continuously using social media or other marketing tools.
  • Create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor.
  • Assist clients with decisions related to life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and other financial products and services.

Qualifications :

  • Life, health and accident, SIE, 6 or 7, 63, and 65 or 66 licenses required or the ability to obtain licenses within a designated time frame.
  • Relationship management skills are required.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit.
  • Uncompromising integrity and the ability to effectively communicate complex programs and ideas.
  • Ability to successfully network or use social media to prospect for new clients is a must.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills.
  • Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills.
