This is how you can dare to make an impact :
- You ensure compensation policies, job evaluations, and other programs are administered consistently across all North American business units and functions.
- You conduct job evaluations and ensure individual job levels and compensation offers are fair, competitive, within guidelines, and in compliance with legal requirements.
- This role is based out of our Stamford, CT office.
- You manage and execute market data end-to-end process and annual benchmarking cycle, selecting applicable survey sources and ensuring timely data submission.
- You partner with and support HR Business Partners in developing competitive compensation offers and pay strategies.
- You drive annual Compensation Cycles through Salary and Incentive planning.
