Administrative Assistant
In this position, you will provide direct administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Sales for Category & Insights and the Senior Vice President of Emerging Channels.
Your main responsibilities will include : calendar management, coordination of meetings and travel (domestic / international), preparation of PowerPoint presentations, internal communications, report distribution and record-keeping, and coordination of monthly tracking reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Areas that play to your strengths :
- 2+ years of experience in positions related to sales and marketing
- Experience coordinating large events and meetings
- Project management experience
- Experience supporting multiple leaders
- Understanding of P&L and business drivers
- Understanding of business insight / category management principles preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage

The base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $50,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience.
The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
