Territory Salesperson -Building material

Are you a sales pro with a passion for building materials? We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Outside Sales Rep to sell a wide range of top-notch building products.

If you love closing deals, building strong customer relationships, and hitting sales targets, this role is for you!

As our Outside Sales Rep, you’ll be on the move visiting customer and contractor sites, managing territories, and developing profitable relationships.

You’ll bring your A-game in professionalism, integrity, and communication, making a real impact on our team and our customers.

What You Bring to the Table :

• Experience : 2 years in outside sales or contractor sales within the building materials industry (lumber, home packages, insulated wall panels, trusses preferred).
• Skills : Strong organizational abilities, multitasking, planning, and top-tier customer service.
• Market Knowledge : Understanding of client needs, product catalogs, and budget development.
• Sales Savvy : Proven track record in sales, with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bonus Points : Experience with blueprints, takeoffs, residential building, and knowledge of building codes.
