Position Overview :

As a Marketing Intern, you will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling visual content and assist with various marketing initiatives.

This role will focus on creating graphics and other materials that align with our branding and support sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Graphic Design Support : Create marketing and sales materials, including brochures, presentations, infographics, email templates, social media graphics, and promotional items.
• Content Creation : Develop written marketing communications content for sales aids, direct mail, web content, social media sites, tradeshow support materials, manuals, newsletters and white papers.
• Brand Consistency : Ensure all marketing collateral is aligned with the company’s branding guidelines.
• Social Media : Assist in designing visual assets for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
• Website Updates : Support web design tasks by updating graphics or layout for the company website.
• Event Support : Design graphics and materials for events such as trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
• Marketing Materials : Design, coordinate, write, edit, and place marketing materials, which includes, but is not limited to articles, data sheets, presentations, brochures, press releases, white papers, videos, links, monthly company newsletters, blogs / articles, and presentations.

Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and creativity.
• Familiarity with marketing and sales processes is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

What We Offer :

• The salary range for this position is :
• $20 / hour for students pursuing their undergraduate degree
• $25 / hour for students pursuing their master’s degree
• Schedule : Work at least two days a week for a minimum of 16 hours a week
• Be able to commit for a minimum of two quarters or one semester
