2024 Data Platform Management Senior Associate, Fundraising & Investor Relations

Riverside is actively seeking a Data and Platform Manager to support its 20+ person Fundraising and Investor Relations team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the utility, adoption, optimization, and efficiency of the team’s CRM system (DealCloud), due diligence response system (Loopio), virtual data rooms (IntraLinks) and other enablement tools.

This person will lead system development, ensure quality control, train users, and work closely with Riverside’s Business Technology Office (BTO) and an offshore team (TresVista).

The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency with CRM and data management systems, strong project management skills, familiarity with private equity, and an ability to configure and employ these tools to produce information essential to decision-making.

Essential Functions

• Serve as the platform manager for Riverside’s CRM (DealCloud) to include developing processes related to consistent and accurate entry, maintenance and reporting of investor information, relationship history, interactions, and fundraising pipelines.
• In partnership with Riverside’s Business Technology Office, coordinate, test and manage the release of enhancements to Riverside’s CRM platform as well as other tools and systems and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as the platform manager of Riverside’s investor due diligence response system (Loopio), documenting and promote best practices to maximize effectiveness of the platform and operational efficiency within the IR team and with other cross-functional teams.
• Serve as the administrator of virtual data rooms (IntraLinks) to ensure smooth investor interactions, timely information transmission and activity tracking.
• Serve as point of contact to determine priority, resourcing and capacity planning for new projects.
• Liaise with outsourced support team in India (TresVista) to organize, train and see data and automation initiatives through to completion.
• Steer the extraction of information for strategic initiatives, investor communications and events.
• Create and maintain thorough training materials, reference guides and process documentation that includes appropriate quality control methods.

Requirements / Skills

• Minimum of 5-7 years' relevant experience in the financial services sector, preferably within an alternative investments sales organization.
• Expertise in CRM platforms, data management systems, and virtual data rooms.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Unwavering dedication to delivering superior quality work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment under tight deadlines.
• Results- and solutions-oriented self-starter, who can work independently and lead simultaneous projects by mobilizing cross-functional teams.
• Takes initiative to anticipate and quickly address the requirements of internal clients and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, EQ, poise, professional maturity, and executive presence.

Riverside offers a competitive total rewards package with a salary range of $140,000-175,000 (depending on experience) plus annual bonuses, robust benefits, and generous Paid Time Off (PTO).
