Job Overview
The Senior Marketing Manager will drive the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to build brand awareness, increase consumer engagement, and propel our brand to the next level.
This role is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing brand in a competitive market. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in brand marketing, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and a creative, innovative mindset.
Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Development
Lead and refine our brand strategy, ensuring a consistent, impactful message across all channels.
Campaign Management
Create, plan, and execute marketing campaigns that engage our target audience, resonate with the brand's unique identity, and drive sales growth.
Content Creation
Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality content for digital, social media, events, and other marketing channels.
Influencer and Partnership Programs
Develop and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and potential partners to amplify our brand presence and credibility.
Market Analysis
Conduct market research to understand trends, consumer insights, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Budget Management
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking ROI for all campaigns and initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
Requirements
Experience
5+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the beverage, spirits, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Remote Work Skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Creativity and Vision
A creative thinker who is passionate about storytelling and building brand connections.
Project Management
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Analytical Skills
Proficient in analyzing metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness and report on key insights.
