Completion of NA I and NA II programs required.Experience : One year preferred.Licensure / certification / registration : NA registry as NA I in good standing.
Current NA II certification with state. BON and BLS Health Care Provider. Medication Safety AME required.Additional skills preferred : Basic computer skills for documentation.
