Special Education Case Manager
Are you passionate about working with kiddos with special needs? ProCare Therapy is actively searching for a dedicated and qualified Special Education Case Manager to join one of our trusted school districts situated in the beautiful community of Swarthmore, PA.
The Case Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and compliance of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure students receive the necessary accommodations and modifications to thrive academically and socially.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education andthen a Master'sdegree in Special Education or Teaching Students with Special Needs
- Active state Licensure
- Active state Certification
- Experience working with severe needs / self-contained settings
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
Interview Process
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
- 30 mins-1 hrvirtual / in-person interview with school district
- Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview
As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
