Cherry Hill law firm seeking a full-time legal assistant. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, be able to handle a high case load, work autonomously and as a team member.
The successful candidate will also be comfortable in a support role and be open to training and feedback. Prior experience with Medicaid is helpful but not required.
Duties Include :
- Corresponding with clients, financial institutions, and long term care facilities to obtain records.
- Detailed analysis of financial and other client records
- Comprehensive review of client files to ensure completeness
- Preparation and filing of Medicaid applications
- Drafting of correspondence
- Data entry
- Filing / Scanning
Qualifications :
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Must be willing to work 8 : 30am to 5pm, Mon-Fri
- Must have personal goals and desire to improve and grow
- Desire to truly help and serve our clients
