Personal Assistant
Minimum Requirements :
- Must be computer literate with good experience in Windows based programs.
- Previous experience in Finance or Accounts will be an advantage
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills; verbal and oral
- Ability to use own initiative and work independently and without supervision
Responsibilities :
- Switchboard duties
- Attending to customers and suppliers at reception
- Recording of messages accurately when staff are not available and distribute within 2 hours
- Assisting with courier companies / sending and receiving of parcels
- Receiving and distribution of post / emails / correspondence
- Ensure housekeeping of the reception area
- Assist with supplier and customer enquiries
- Clearing Shared Services queries
- Requisitions, orders and receipting of invoices
- Ad hoc management requests
- Assist buyer and financial manager with admin tasks
- Manage stationery and kitchen requisites
