- Assess and implement appropriate respiratory care plans.- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.- Document patient care activities and observations accurately.
- Serve as the sole Respiratory Therapist on duty during the shift, requiring independent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
