Pay Rate : $15 / hr - $17 / hr starting pay, depending upon experience. Advancement and promotion opportunities (up to $18 / hr+) available!

Job Description : Shifts range between 4-12 hours, depending upon availability.

Personal care, meal preparation, errands, medication reminders and other assistance as directed by client.

Light housekeeping, laundry and other household chores as visually observed.

Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

Ability to assist with transferring (i.e., Gait Belt or Hoyer Lift)

Job Requirements : MUST be willing to drive 20 to 30 minutes or more to / from client's home,

Have at least 1 year of paid caregiving experience and / or a CNA, PCA, LPN, or RN

Experience working with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, or ALS patients a plus

Be age 18 or older

Pass a comprehensive background check and reference check

Pass PHC’s skills & knowledge assessment

Have a valid Driver's License, a good driving record, and an insured reliable vehicle

Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills; High School Diploma or equivalent
