Role : Preschool / Childcare Center Director
The center director oversees the operations of a preschool or childcare center, ensuring that it runs smoothly and effectively.
The preschool center director plays a crucial role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care, ensuring the well-being and development of young children while supporting families and fostering a collaborative and inclusive community environment.

As a Center Director at The Learning Experience, You Will :
- Display passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees.
- Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
- Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.
- Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning.
- Drive consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations including managing accounts receivable.
- Engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program.
- Organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
Job Qualifications :
- Have two or more years of center leadership / management experience (highly preferred).
- Possess the California state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
- Meet California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 22 qualifications for Child Care Center Director.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
- Possess a valid Pediatric CPR and First Aid Certification (highly preferred).
- Possess a current Mandated Reporter Certificate.
- Have a current or pass CDSS Background check certification.
