Job Summary
We are seeking a Bartender to join Hundred Mile Brewing Co! We just won "Small Business of the Year" award in Tempe, AZ!
We are looking for extremely energetic, positive, and customer-service oriented people. Knowing about craft beer is a huge upside.
We have a full bar plus brew our own beer on site.
Responsibilities
- Have an appreciation for craft beer and be able to engage in conversations about various beer styles
- Work quickly and efficiently
- Smile and engage with customers to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Keep work environment clean and safe.
- Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow all state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages
- Familiar with POS system (Toast is preferred)
- Perform duties associated with opening and closing the bar.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending is preferred
- Show leadership skills
- Mixology or hospitality certification is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items
- Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
