This engineer will be required to travel for about 25% of their time. We offer a comfortable and collaborative work environment with flexible work arrangement options available. Compensation and Benefits

The wage range for this position is $42.00 - $50.00 / hour depending on experience. Full-time employees receive a complete benefits package including medical (with an HSA option), dental, vision, FSA, supplemental life insurance, 100% company-paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) with up to 4% match, paid vacation, paid sick time, 11 paid holidays, and eligibility for employee ownership offerings. MacKay Sposito pays for licensure expenses and annual profit sharing bonuses.
