Minimum Requirements for Consideration
- Board Certified / Board Eligible : Board Certified, Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NCCPA, NP ANCC or AANP, Current unrestricted Arizona APRN license, Completion of a RN / NP First Assistant Program
- Licensure : Arizona and DEA, Current unrestricted Arizona APRN license
