We are seeking a creative and persistent individual who will drive the execution of digital campaigns for our clients promoting and enabling marketing strategies from a multi / omni-channel perspective.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will partner with internal and external stakeholders managing projects within standards and guidelines set by the clients.

This role will also lead promotional materials through the review process. Projects that the Digital Marketing Specialist will work on include IVAs (interactive visual aids), websites, display ads, social media, and paid search.

Responsibilities : Draft requirements documents to support the development of digital programsCollaborate with the digital agency of record to ensure that digital creative is aligned with project goalsProvide digital program expertise to tactical developmentDefine project tasks and resource requirements and communicate needs to managementManage and monitor the Legal / Medical / Regulatory review processPartner internally with marketing operations and external vendors to define project scope, timelines, and deliverablesOversee the workflow of project support teamsManage project budgets within internal tracking systems in a timely mannerProvide direction and support to project teams and implement changes when needed in order to achieve project objectivesFoster communication between project support teamsRequirements :

5-10 years of experience working in pharmaceutical space requiredBachelors' degree required; Masters' preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related disciplineDigital agency experience requiredMust be literate in SEO / SEMUnderstand how websites are constructedWill be involved in market research and UXExperience working cross-functionally within a matrixed-environment
