Job Description :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and problem-solving Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.

This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude to support our growing client base.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, and account details.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback.
  • Assist in updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Skills Required :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and difficult customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
