Shoppe Manager (Alpharetta)

Abbey Hall Interiors is a family-owned design firm with over 30 years of history, now expanding into a new retail concept in downtown Alpharetta. Our Shoppe will showcase curated home goods, furniture, baby items, gifts, and seasonal collections - all thoughtfully selected to bring beauty, comfort, and timeless design into everyday life.

We are seeking a Shoppe Manager to lead the daily operations of our new store and help bring this vision to life. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, thrives in a boutique retail environment, and enjoys building meaningful customer relationships.

What Youll Do

Manage the daily operations of the Shoppe, ensuring an exceptional in-store ex

perience.

Lead and inspire the retail team, setting clear expectations for service and performance.

Oversee inventory flow : receiving, restocking, merchandising, and coordinating with the warehouse team.

Assist with purchasing decisions and product selection to reflect our brand and customer needs.

Plan and execute in-store events, including our Lets Talk Shoppe tutorials.

Partner with the owners and design team to align the Shoppe with the overall Abbey Hall Interiors brand.

Maintain visual merchandising standards to create a warm, inviting, and design-forward space.

What Were Looking For

Proven retail management or leadership experience (boutique, home, or lifestyle retail preferred).

Strong organizational and operational skills with an eye for detail.

Passion for interiors, home goods, and customer service.

Comfort with POS systems, inventory platforms, and retail technology.

Self-starter who can adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Someone who values teamwork, hospitality, and storytelling through design.
