Responsibilities :
Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions to pediatric patients with various challenges (physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, social / emotional deficits)
Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on individual needs
Offer teaching and counseling to patients and their families
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with department and regulatory standards
