Stable Community Health Center is looking to hire a Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA to work in a Mobile Health Clinic in the Providence / Warwick, Rhode Island area!

Position Title : Primary Care Provider FNP / PA

Your Role with the Company :

• M-F, 32-40 hrs / week
• This FNP / PA will be seeing all ages with a focus on the quality of patient care in a mobile clinic
• Working in a collaborative team setting to provide primary care as well as health coaching and education to help individuals manage their chronic conditions for a better quality of life
• FNP / PA will make a big impact in the community that they serve providing continuity of care to their patients
