You will work closely with the executive team to drive initiatives that expand market share and revenue, positioning us as a dominant force in real estate.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement actionable sales strategies that directly contribute to the growth of our market share and revenue.

Work with the executive team to ensure that these strategies align with the company’s overall goals.

  • Team Building : Lead efforts to recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent. Focus on building a cohesive, high-performing team that is motivated to achieve targets and contribute to the company’s long-term success.
  • Brokerage Development : Use your experience in building real estate teams and brokerages to optimize our current structure.

Ensure that the brokerage is set up for scalability, efficiency, and market dominance.

Market Analysis & Planning : Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.

Translate these insights into clear, actionable plans that keep us ahead of the competition.

  • Operational Efficiency : Oversee the implementation of technologies and processes that streamline operations, increase productivity, and enhance overall performance.
  • Collaboration with Executives : Work closely with other senior leaders to ensure that sales initiatives are integrated with broader company strategies.

Your input will be crucial in driving the company’s growth and innovation.

Compliance & Ethics : Ensure all sales operations are conducted ethically and in accordance with industry regulations, maintaining the highest standards of integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 4 years in a senior leadership role within real estate sales, with proven success in building and managing real estate teams and brokerages.
  • Strong ability to create and execute strategic plans that drive growth and innovation.
  • Proven track record in team building, leadership, and talent development.
  • Experience in market analysis, operational efficiency, and implementing technology solutions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in developing and managing budgets and business plans.
  • Demonstrated success in expanding market share and driving revenue growth.
