Duties / Responsibilities :
Dive deep into understanding our customer communications landscape, identifying key needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, transforming them into actionable technical specifications.
Lead the development and execution of project plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Identify and resolve system, software, and process issues to ensure seamless operations and user satisfaction.
Foster strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, providing guidance and training to drive system understanding and adoption.
Maintain clear and precise documentation of business systems and user needs, ensuring accuracy and organization.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively address them to ensure successful outcomes.
Required Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
Proven experience in requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and project management methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
