What We Offer :
- Base Salary : $2,000 / month + Commission & Bonuses (Draw against Commission)
- Earning potential of $70K to 100K annually
- Guaranteed $3,000 / month during training period
- Full Time : 40 hrs. / 5-day work week (Monday to Saturday)

Responsibilities :
- Provide outstanding service to determine customer’s overall flooring & design needs
- Build client relationships & complete follow up with all customers
- Keep up to date on the wide selection of products provided
- Review space / area measurements, calculate number of materials & waste figures
- Create product estimates & provide customers with a list of flooring installers if needed
- Ensure clients are notified when product has arrived
- Prospect for new business & network within the community
- Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications, availability, & sampling needs
- Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays & common areas neat, current, & clean
Desired Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ proven work experience in Retail Sales, Hospitality, Customer Service, or similar role
- Must have a valid driver’s license & reliable form of transportation
- Must pass a background check & drug test
- A positive attitude & desire to exceed expectations
- Basic computer, social media knowledge & math skills
- Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
- Strong personal & professional judgment
- Ability to adapt & respond quickly to customers’ needs & wants
- Strong organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
- Advanced time management skills & detailed oriented
- Ability to read floor plan drawings & create estimates a plus (Willing to train)
- Knowledge of flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)
- Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
