What You'll Do

Assess patient status through interviews, observations, and physical assessments.
Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Implement appropriate interventions to achieve expected patient outcomes.
Evaluate and document patient progress throughout the shift.
Modify care plans based on ongoing evaluations and patient condition changes.
Complete required documentation, including patient charts and event reports.
Demonstrate accountability for your practice through continued self-development.
Promote professional development within the team.

What You'll Bring

Current Illinois RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

College diploma in Nursing.

Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary, Shifts & Location

The compensation range for this position is $69,000 - $119,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is based in Peoria, IL, and offers flexible shifts to accommodate your lifestyle.
