Our client islooking for an Associate Project Manager to join theirteam!
Job Summary :
The AssociateProject Manager will work closely with other ProjectManagers / Operations Managers to manage all aspects of projectdelivery for the client's projects in the Northeast Region.
Work closely with the regional team to coordinate and support withdirect contributions to the project tasks and deliverables.
Coordinates all aspects of the company's regionalproject(s) from initiation through delivery. Organizescrossfunctional activities ensuring project completion (i.
e.product on schedule and within budget constraints). Serves as aninhouse project consultant from evaluating needs and vendors toplanning and directing implementation efforts.
The AssociateProject Manager will also be assigned to Operation and Maintenanceprojects to assist in the O&M phase of project delivery.
Primary Duties& Responsibilities include thefollowing.
- Buildsand maintains project schedules per projectrequirements.
- Preparesimplements and monitors schedule and costcontrols.
- Definescustomerrequirements.
- Assistsor leads business development opportunities including teamdevelopment proposal management and price estimatedevelopment.
- Managesprojects so that :
- Projectdeliverables are of high quality and meet the stakeholders'expectations.
- Projectsare delivered on time within budget and in the most efficientmannerpossible.
- Projectdeliverables are deployed and turned over to the agencies smoothlyandefficiently.
- Clientpolicies standards and best practices are adheredto.
- ManagesO&M projects to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Preparesproject plans that guide project execution to a successfulconclusion.
- Communicatesproject information including approach progress forecasts andissues tostakeholders.
- Leadsprojectmeetings.
- Providesguidance to projects on best practices and standards toutilize.
- Reviewsproject proposal or plan to determine time frame fundinglimitations procedures for accomplishing project staffingrequirements and allotment of available resources to variousprojectphases.
- Reviewstatus reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedulesor plans asrequired.
- Preparesproject reports asrequired.
- Conferswith project personnel to provide technical advice and resolveproblems.
- Other duties may beassigned.
DesiredSkills & Experience :
- 2 plusyears of experience in the tolling industry orequivalent
- Abilityto Analyze Modify and Create Interface Control Documents forcommunicating with CSCAgencies.
- Developmentexpertise in Object Oriented Programming Languages like C# or C orJava.
- Developmentexpertise in RDBMS like SQL Server or Oracle or similar DatabaseSystems.
- Timemanagement and organizationalskills

Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science Project Managementan equivalent degree or equitable education and workexperience.
