Quick Glance :

This is a full-time, part-time, or PRN Physical Therapist position to perform outpatient therapy within home-based settings in the Upper West Side area of New York.

All billed as Medicare Part B. 40 hours per week are available. We're looking for someone who has the availability to complete 12 hours per week at minimum.

If PRN / Per Diem, the candidate hired will perform ongoing 1-on-1 direct patient care. Regular and consistent weekly availability is required, which includes 3 weekdays of availability.

The PT hired will work with the geriatric population. Open to new grad PTs who have full-time availability.

Overview :

A growing organization in New York is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an expanded caseload in the Upper West Side area of New York.

The PT will provide community-based outpatient services (Medicare Part B) to homes in the area. The full-time or part-time position includes a flexible schedule / hours per week based on your preference.

At a minimum, we're looking for someone who has the availability to complete 10 hours of direct patient care per week.

The Physical Therapist hired will join a highly experienced multidisciplinary therapy team to treat a well-balanced mix of patients in homes of older adults.

This salaried position includes a generous benefits package & the opportunity for overtime pay!

Job Requirements :
