Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and assign project tasks to electrical crew members in Irving, TX to ensure smooth project workflow.
- Assess construction methods, labor requirements, material quantities, and equipment needs for projects.
- Supervise and evaluate crew members' performance to ensure adherence to project guidelines and safety protocols.
- Inform senior management of any potential issues and contribute to their resolution.
- Maintain communication with the project team, engineering, and supply chain to ensure work meets specifications and schedule.
- Assist in providing project progress reports to the Project Manager and other relevant departments.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Management to issue purchase orders for commodities, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Oversee all electrical project functions, including resource planning, scheduling, safety enforcement, and timesheet management.
- Ensure all project tasks are completed according to specifications, schedule, and safety standards.
Qualifications :
- To qualify for the role of Electrical Superintendent in Irving, TX, US, a State of Texas Journeyman license is required.
- A valid state-issued driver’s license is a must.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screen is necessary.
- An acceptable motor vehicle record is required.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of commercial electrical experience.
