We are a multi-family property management company with five properties across the Southeast United States. Our mission is to provide quality living spaces for our residents, while maximizing occupancy and reducing vacancies.

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to help us lease our units in a timely manner and strengthen our online presence and brand.

Job Description :

We are looking for a creative and proactive individual who can take initiative to enhance our leasing efforts to the next level by leveraging social media platforms.

This role requires a candidate who is well-versed in using Facebook groups, LinkedIn, and other social platforms to connect with prospective tenants, engage with local communities and reinforce our brand within our existing tenant communities.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our property managers and leasing agents to fill vacancies, ensuring minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote available units across various platforms, primarily focusing on Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Join relevant community groups and forums to engage in conversations and promote our properties in a natural, effective manner.
• Create compelling content, including posts, videos, and graphics, to highlight unit features, community events, and special offers.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with property managers and leasing agents to understand available units, leasing goals, and upcoming vacancies.
• Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and leads.
• Stay current on social media trends and best practices to continuously improve outreach efforts.

Qualifications :

• Familiarity with Facebook groups, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Strong communication and content creation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also collaborating effectively with a team.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas for digital marketing.
• Previous experience in social media marketing, leasing, or property management is a plus, but not required.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college program in marketing, communications, or a related field (internship candidates only).
