Responsibilities :
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' independence in daily activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive equipment.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
