The Marketing Operations Analyst will be a critical member of the Marketing Operations team within the broader Marketing organization.

They will prepare and deliver materials used for recurring client update meetings, partnering with key stakeholders of client relationships within investments and business development teams.

They will also participate in technology initiatives focused on improving efficiency and streamlining processes within Marketing.

This is a technical role, requiring keen attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills, and dedicated project management capabilities paired with solid communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The team member will be involved in the following critical activities :

  • Producing materials for ongoing client product update meetings in partnership with client relationship management teams.
  • Retrieve, analyze, and ensure data is accurate and applicable.
  • Develop and manage internal project timelines including stakeholder, operational, and legal and compliance approvals to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Management of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Participate in development and implementation of strategic projects aimed at marketing modernization, innovation, process improvement, and technology automation.
  • Operate in a deadline-driven, constantly changing environment.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

The ideal experience and critical competencies for the role include the following :

  • 2-5 years of professional experience working in an operationally driven environment.
  • Alternative investment (hedge fund, private credit, private equity, infrastructure and / or real estate) experience is preferred.
  • Extensive use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel as well as third-party systems to prepare materials. Experience with Salesforce and Seismic is a plus.
  • High level of self-motivation, including the ability to quickly learn complex businesses.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines, and transition smoothly as projects stop or start.
  • High attention to detail, including solid proofreading skills, is critical.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and analyze financial data.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • High degree of integrity and the ability to recognize the requirements of confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated team player and independent thinker.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Information Systems or a related field preferred.
