RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Team Leadership : Supervise a team of 8 - 10 people to ensure product is putaway effectively and pick bins are replenished for next days orders.
• Workflow & Systems : Leverage WMS platform to make informed decisions on priorities and product placements.
• Inventory Management : Root cause inventory concerns and minimize defects. Oversee value-add team that preps product for customers.
• Process Improvement : Identify / implement workflow improvement to support growth.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Develop & track performance metrics to guide direction.
• Communication : Provide key updates and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Adaptability & Continuous Improvement : Embrace change, manage shifting priorities, and foster team growth through upward feedback.
