Where : This is a remote role with some travel to Waltham, MA
When : Immediate need, 6+ months, contract to perm
Pay : $21 / hour
Requirements : Troubleshooting experience, phone support, Bachelors Degree
Responsibilities :
- Provides exceptional customer service by receiving and responding to inbound customer questions in a timely manner
- Gathers information to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and promote a "one contact" customer service environment
- Fulfilling basic customer needs, providing comprehensive responses to customer inquiries
- Escalating advanced technical issues to technical support
- Ensuring the highest level of accuracy, completeness and professionalism with all customer interactions
