Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN or LPN to join our team for a patient in Enfield, New Hampshire. The RN / LPN will provide one-on-one care to a patient in their home, assisting with daily activities and providing professional medical care after school from 3PM-9PM This position has potential to be full-time in the future.

Pay Rate : RN $40.00 / hr or LPN $29.00 / hr

Hours : Thursdays and Fridays 3 : 00PM-9 : 00PM

Responsibilities :

• Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
• Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.
