Job Summary :

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of dedicated staff.

You will lead by example, instilling a positive work culture while driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated team.
• Implement and maintain operational standards to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• Foster a positive and productive team environment, encouraging collaboration and communication.
• Address customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
